better business bureau report on SEPRD
I was sexually propositioned by their "meals on Wheels" "Nutrition Director" who pinned me down against my will after non-consensually grabbing my breasts and arms, trying to invade my pants with his hands to molest me, and telling me he has herpes. He asked me to both attend Park facilities and volunteer for his program. SEPRD does not have victim-centered sexual harassment and assault mediation and intake process, but have sent me through the wringer of abusive male figureheads who have repeatedly downplayed the sexual abuse and the threat it presents to other clients, volunteers, and employees, including going so far as to threaten me with "legal action" and conspiring in a board meeting to silence my reporting of this abusive male figure entrusted with the care of disabled adults and senior citizens in a facility open to males and females of all ages.
